FAQs

  • Nope, I am based in Portland.

    But lucky for you,
    Orlando is a fave and I frequently do events here!
    Thus, I have a special rate for Orlando weddings and events!

  • You will need to pay a 30% non-refundable retainer upon the signing/receipt of the contract + security deposit (if applicable). The remainder will be due two weeks prior to your event.

    For services that are based on final guest count, I will adjust the quote accordingly prior to final payment.

  • Travel fees will include but are not limited to Artist’s and support staff’s airfare, car rental, lodging costs for two nights, and a per-person, per day Per Diem.

    Orlando Weddings will incur a fee of $975-$1,150.

  • I require at least one 4-6ft table, 1-2 chairs, and access to an electrical outlet. If the event is outside during the day time, I must be stationed in a covered area.
