Live Watercolor Guest Portrait Artist & Fashion Illustrator

Danison Fronda-Tietz

Wearing a bowtie has always been kind of my thing. From an early age, I wore bowties to formal events rather than a standard necktie. It was a way for me to stand out from everyone else and express my true self with either a pop of color or a fun print. It also didn’t hurt that people would compliment me more.

Bowties are meant to complete a look and bring everything together, so why not do that for your wedding + event? ALSO, weddings are usually the only event where a gentleman will ever wear a bowtie in their lifetime—so I figured it was appropriate for being in the industry.

Oh, and brush! Well, I’m an artist who uses all different kinds of brushes in the work I do. Paint brushes for watercolor. Brush pens for lettering and calligraphy. Hair brushes to make sure my hair is always lookin’ fiiine.

THE BOWTIE & BRUSH MISSION

Every guest deserves to feel like the most stunning version of themselves.

At Bowtie & Brush, the mission is to make every single person in the room feel like the most stunning version of themselves—and give them something to take home that proves it.

Through live watercolor guest portraits and fashion illustration, we turn wedding days and events into experiences that feel elevated, personal, and worth remembering. Every portrait is intentional. Every guest is seen. And every couple deserves to walk away knowing their people were taken care of.

Core Values

01

Every guest deserves a moment.

This is not just about painting portraits. It is about making people feel celebrated in real time. Every person who stops by the station gets their own experience.

02

Chic is non-negotiable.

The work should feel as elevated as the wedding itself. Fashion illustration style, intentional details, and portraits your guests actually want to frame.

03

Every couple is welcome here.

All love. All families. All backgrounds. No one should ever have to wonder if they are safe or celebrated here — because they always are.

04

The guest experience is everything.

If the guests don't feel the magic, the job isn't done. That's the standard — every single time.

my entire world

Family is everything.

Behind the bowtie, I’m a husband and a papa. My family is a huge part of why I care so much about creating art that people actually hold onto.

The man on the left is wearing a green jacket and light-colored pants, the man on the right is in a plaid shirt, and the girl is in a tan jacket, light pants, and white shoes.
