LUXURY WEDDING + EVENT ARTIST

specializing in creating a unique guest experience through

watercolor guest portraits and fashion illustration

“Want guest portraits
that feel
chic,
and not cartoon-y?”

“Want guest portraits that feel chic, and not cartoon-y?”

“You’re sooooo

in the right place.”

I paint live watercolor guest portraits that look more “editorial fashion model” than “caricature.”

Your guests get a favor they’ll actually keep.

You get an experience that feels high-end, interactive, and not super basic.

A same-sex wedding ceremony outdoors with a person in a tuxedo holding a drawing of a couple, standing in front of a couple dressed in wedding attire, holding a bouquet of white flowers.
Person drawing a fashion sketch of a woman on a white paper, using a pencil, with the sketch showing a woman in a long dress with bow details and high heels, on a table with transparent barriers.
A hand holding a wedding illustration with a bride and groom in formal attire, standing on a decorated archway. The wedding venue has high ceilings, brick walls, and greenery.
A man in a formal suit with a bowtie sitting on a black chair, reading a magazine with photos and pages flying around in the air, against a plain white background.
A man and woman in wedding attire standing close on a beach, with the ocean and a large rock formation in the background.

There’s something special about weddings on the Oregon Coast

There’s something special about weddings on the Oregon Coast

As a Portland-based live wedding artist who frequently serves the Oregon Coast, I love creating watercolor guest portraits in settings like these—where the experience feels just as meaningful as the keepsake itself. From coastal views to the overall feel of the celebrations here, events in this area always feel artistic and unforgettable.

    MEET DANISON,

    the artist behind the brush!

Bowtie & Brush®, led by artist Danison, is an award-winning Portland-based live artist known for elevated watercolor portraits and fashion illustration.

But why should your guests have all the fun?

You deserve something too.

You get your own portrait—done with extra detail.

I’ll work my magic to grab reference photos of you and your ceremony space to create a more detailed portrait of you two—with a loosely sketched background!

And after the wedding? You get the full gallery.

Spoiler alert, you’re not going to see every portrait on your big day because you’ll be busy doing the whole getting married thing.

That’s why I scan every guest portrait and professionally format them into a keepsake poster—so you can see the full collection all at once and relive the night from your guests’ POV.
