A Little About The Live Artist
Danison Fronda-Tietz is the heart and hands behind Bowtie & Brush. He’s a watercolor artist and calligrapher known for turning weddings and events into unforgettable works of art—from live guest portraits to custom calligraphy and engraving. With a style that’s equal parts refined and playful, Danison brings a personal, artful touch to every detail.
As a proud gay Filipino American and lifelong creative, Danison blends storytelling, culture, and charm into everything he does. He’s based in Portland but travels often for weddings across the West Coast and beyond. Almost always in a bowtie (obviously), he believes celebrations should feel intentional, joyful, and full of personality—just like the people at the heart of them.
