Prefer face-to-face (virtually, of course)?

  • Washougal, WA. Just 30 minutes outside of Portland.

  • You will need to pay a 30% non-refundable retainer upon the signing/receipt of the contract + security deposit (if applicable). The remainder will be due two weeks prior to your event.

    For services that are based on final guest count, I will adjust the quote accordingly prior to final payment.

  • I have a $100 flat fee for travel up to 60 miles. Additional travel costs will be applied at the current IRS standard cost per mile exceeding 60 miles to and from Artist’s studio location.

    If Artist & support staff are scheduled to work until 10:30PM or later and the reception venue is more than 90 miles from Artist’s and support staff’s home(s), a lodging and accommodation fee for any ground transportation and one overnight stay will be applied.

    For anything farther than 2ish hours/requires air travel, it will be considered a destination wedding.

  • YES! I would love to travel for your event! Destination travel fees will include but are not limited to Artist’s and support staff’s airfare, car rental, lodging costs for two nights, and $100 per-person, per day Per Diem.

    Destination weddings and events typically will incur a travel fee ranging anywhere between $525-$3,000.

    A flat discounted travel fee is available for popular destinations including:


    Seattle, WA | $525 - $700
    Napa, CA | $775 - $950
    Orlando & Tampa, FL | $975-$1,150

  • I require at least one 4-6ft table, 1-2 chairs, and access to an electrical outlet. If the event is outside during the day time, I must be stationed in a covered area.
