PERFECT FOR YOU

What is winecolor exactly?

Instead of traditional watercolor, I use real red wine from your vineyard venue or label of choice. It’s chic and totally one-of-a-kind.

Whether it’s Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, or your estate’s favorite blend, your wine becomes part of the art. Literally.

This experience pairs perfectly (pun intended) with vineyard weddings, wine country celebrations, and couples who love a good glass of wine.

Product Details

My style is all about that clean, modern vibe with a hint of fashion-forward flair. I keep it minimalist, letting the details shine where it matters most — the guest’s attire, hairstyle, hair color, and skin tones. Each figure is drawn with fashion-inspired proportions, meaning they’re a little longer and leaner than real life, giving them that chic, runway-ready feel!

FAQs

  • Yes and no! I can for sure use wine right out of the bottle, but it will be VERY light.

In order to get darker values, a little prep work is needed. I need to reduce the wine and add a binder + a drop of clove oil to preserve the wine.

This is why I require the ability to have the wine sent to me prior to the event.

  • You will need to pay a 30% non-refundable retainer upon the signing/receipt of the contract + security deposit (if applicable). The remainder will be due two weeks prior to your event.

For services that are based on final guest count, I will adjust the quote accordingly prior to final payment.

  • I have a $100 flat fee for travel up to 60 miles. Additional travel costs will be applied at the current IRS standard cost per mile exceeding 60 miles to and from Artist’s studio location.

If Artist & support staff are scheduled to work until 10:30PM or later and the reception venue is more than 90 miles from Artist’s and support staff’s home(s), a lodging and accommodation fee for any ground transportation and one overnight stay will be applied.

For anything farther than 2ish hours/requires air travel, it will be considered a destination wedding.

  • YES! I would love to travel for your event! Destination travel fees will include but are not limited to Artist’s and support staff’s airfare, car rental, lodging costs for two nights, and $100 per-person, per day Per Diem.

A flat discounted travel fee is available for popular destinations including:

    Seattle, WA | $700 - $875
    Napa, CA | $775 - $950
    Orlando & Tampa, FL | $975 - $1,150

  • No, I do not. Just so that all of your tables and decor match, I leave it up to you to provide a linen for my area.

  • Abso-fricken-lutely! I’d feel awful if you didn’t go home with your own piece of art! I will arrive with enough time to set up and sneak around the venue space to get a photo of you (couple/celebrant) and complete that before anyone else’s!

  • No, I can move between spaces if needed! About 15 minutes before cocktail hour ends, I’ll pack up my materials. My assistant and I can either bring the table with us or use another table set up in the reception space. Since I travel light, moving is quick and easy! And we want to be in a visible spot for guests to easily get their portrait!

  • Unless you have a set of identical twins wearing the same outfit and sporting the same hairstyle, I can guarantee the portraits will look like specific individuals. If there is still a concern, no worries! Because I take photos to use as reference, I can point out which portrait belongs to which photo. Reference photos will be sent to you via a Google Drive link.
