You will need to pay a 30% non-refundable retainer upon the signing/receipt of the contract + security deposit (if applicable). The remainder will be due two weeks prior to your event.
For services that are based on final guest count, I will adjust the quote accordingly prior to final payment.

I have a $100 flat fee for travel up to 60 miles. Additional travel costs will be applied at the current IRS standard cost per mile exceeding 60 miles to and from Artist’s studio location.
If Artist & support staff are scheduled to work until 10:30PM or later and the reception venue is more than 90 miles from Artist’s and support staff’s home(s), a lodging and accommodation fee for any ground transportation and one overnight stay will be applied.

YES! I would love to travel for your event! Destination travel fees will include but are not limited to Artist’s and support staff’s airfare, car rental, lodging costs for two nights, and $100 per-person, per day Per Diem.

You are responsible for providing the products. If you would like me to source the items, this will come at an additional fee.
For any in studio commissions, you will be required to send 10% more than what is needed to be personalized. This is to cover any damaged goods, mistakes, etc.

Please see the descriptions above! But if you’re not a reader, we’ll discuss this during our consultation call. If anything does change in terms of product/material after signing, an additional fee may apply if a different type of calligraphy is needed.

This is dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to the amount of space, the item, how many guests you are expecting.
Typically, I limit personalization to first name, initials, or 1-2 words. Rates are subject to increase based on larger word counts or more intricate designs.

I require at least one 4-6ft table, a chair, and access to an electrical outlet. If the event is outside during the day time, I must be stationed in a covered area.

It typically takes 2-5 minutes per item, depending on the complexity of the design and material.

Turnaround times vary based on the project. Small orders typically take 1-2 weeks, while larger or more intricate projects may take 3-4 weeks. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
