FAQs

You will need to pay a 30% non-refundable retainer upon the signing/receipt of the contract + security deposit (if applicable). The remainder will be due two weeks prior to the project due date.
All files will be delivered to you via a Google Drive link.
When you need ‘em, I’ll send ‘em! When we have our initial consult, we’ll talk through what kind of print products you’ll be needing (save the dates, invitations, napkins, signage, etc.)
And to remain cohesive, all design elements will be delivered at one time.
Depending on my workload, the whole process from design meeting to finally can take about 3-4 weeks.
Yes! I do accept rush orders based on my current availability and the scope of work. ALL jobs with less than 14 business days to complete are considered rush jobs. Rush jobs require 100% up front payment.
